30 Days Return Guarantee

Thank you for shopping at Pinkychloe.com.
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please note overdue requests may not be accepted. 
2. If the return is quality related, Pinkychloe will cover the cost of return in addition to the full refund / free replacement. Otherwise, the returns will be made at your own cost. Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
7. We do not accept the return method of directly rejecting the package without contacting the customer service. We cannot receive the returned package which is directly refused, so we cannot refund it. If you want to make a return, please contact customer service and return to the address provided by customer service.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Return Address

If you wish to return the items, please contact our customer service (support@pinkychloe.com), we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address. If so, we can't make any refund.

1. Submitting return request by dropping an email: support@pinkychloe.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and drop off the package at the local post office.
3. Please send us tracking info after you return the package, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.
4. Refund will be released within 7 working days after we received the package. Note: In October and November, this process may take up to 2 weeks.

How should I make an exchange?

1. Return package first, as steps above.
2. Resend will be arranged once we get return info.
